The Norwegian native, 41, who is best known for enjoying Tormund Giantsbane the hit fantasy show, first told that he tested positive for COVID-19 on March 16. Kristofer has now shared the good news that he has "fully recovered" and in "good health" after battling the deadly bug.
Addressing his fans on Instagram on Monday, he wrote: "Hi! We are fully recovered and in healthiness, after I used to be infected by the Cororonavirus, and presumably my wife @grymolvaerhivju.
"After several weeks in [sic] quarantine, and also a few more indoors after being freed from all symptoms, we are finally safe and sound.
"We were lucky to only have mild symptoms of the COVID 19. We send our love and thoughts to all or any of the people where the virus has hit much harder, and to everyone who has lost their loved ones thanks to the Coronavirus. He penned: "Greetings from Norway! Sorry to mention that I, today, have tested positive for COVID19, Coronavirus. My family and that I am self-isolating reception for as long because it takes. We are in healthiness - I only have mild symptoms of a chilly.
"There are people at higher risk for who this virus could be a devastating diagnosis, so I urge all of you to be extremely careful; wash your hands, keep 1,5 meters distance from others, enter quarantine; just do everything you'll to prevent the virus from spreading. "Together we will fight this virus and avert a crisis at our hospitals. Please look out of every other, keep your distance, and stay healthy! Please visit your country's Center for Disease Control's website, and follow the regulations for staying safe and protecting not just yourselves, but our entire community, and particularly those in danger just like the elderly and other people with pre-existing conditions.
